Power of Positive Thinking Use daily Astounding Results
When people hear these words 'The Power of Positive Thinking' some may say 'what a load of rubbish' and dismiss it as mere words with no meaning. I have said exactly the same in the past.
Up until about 2 years ago I did not understand how our words and thoughts impacted us mentally, emotionally and physically in our everyday lives.
When I look back to those days before this knowledge, I was afraid of most things; not getting the right grades at school, letting my family down and saying or doing something stupid in social occasions or at work.
I was unhappy the majority of the time and seemed to question my role in life on a regular basis. I would make plans to change certain areas, but none of them worked because I was not starting from within me.
I now understand that the key to happiness and inner peace is within yourself and not with your family or your surroundings or how much money you have.
Over the past 2 years I have been on an enlightening journey to the person I am now. I enjoy every single day, not because I am doing anything exciting, but because I am in complete control of my mind and feel joy, happiness, love and gratitude for everything I see, do and experience throughout the day.
I used to think...when I'm married; when I have more money; when I feel more confident...I'll do it.
What I have learnt from reading numerous books from different authors is that YOU are in control of what happens to YOU. Blaming your job, your family, the Government, the traffic or whatever it is for you being angry is not the way to think.
